I’m a USSF-licensed girls’ high school soccer coach in Colorado, and I love what I do. Women’s soccer is arguably the fastest-growing sport in the world, and it's astounding how many opportunities exist for young players. That's what makes coaching girls so rewarding (Plus, they actually listen.)

But I’ve also seen how difficult it is for parents to navigate this journey.
